Refund and Return Policy for Aesthetic Fabric:

At Aesthetic Fabric, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we are here to assist you. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

1. 7-Day Return Criteria: Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order to initiate a return. You can reach out to us via WhatsApp or email, providing details of your order and the reason for the return.
2. Refund Process: Once we receive the return parcel at the Aesthetic Fabric godown, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return criteria (as outlined in point 6). If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
3. Refund Amount: The refund will include the purchase price of the returned product, as well as the original shipping charges. The refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s account.
4. Return Shipping: In the case of a return, customers are responsible for sending the return parcel to our specified address at their own expense. The shipping charges for the return will not be covered by Aesthetic Fabric.
5. Damaged or Different Product: If the product is received damaged or if you have received a different product than what you ordered, you are eligible for a return and refund. Please provide us with photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect product, and we will guide you through the return process.
6. Aesthetic Fabric Team’s Discretion: Return requests for reasons other than product damage, receiving a different product, or acceptable reasons will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our Aesthetic Fabric team will carefully consider such requests and make a decision accordingly.
7. Refund Timeframe: We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, once the return parcel has been received and approved.

Please note that the above policy applies to orders placed directly through Aesthetic Fabric. If you have purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their refund and return policy.
